Nouvelle Vague

Nouvelle Vague es un grupo francés que versionan temas de los ochenta de grupos tan conocidos como Joy Division, The Cure, New Order, Blondie, U2... todo ello con suaves ritmos de bossa nova.
Tan solo he escuchado el primer disco (muy chulo) que tiene el mismo nombre que la banda.

Este video es de un tema llamado "Dance with me" y como podeis ver no es mas que una parte de una de mis películas favoritas "Bande A Part" que da titulo al disco.

House of the rising sun (The Animals)

Editada en 1964 en su primer disco, al parecer es propia de la cultura popular del sur de estados unidos, y del boca a boca pasó a ser una de los temas más versionados, aquí solo incluyo tres versiones, de Muse, Joan Baez y Nina Simone.
Si no os suena quizás os vuelva a la memoria algo si os digo que es el tema que marca el desenlace en Casino de Scorsese.
